We encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.

Free technical support is available on any product purchased with the exception of computer programming software.  Users that purchase computer software/kits are assumed to understand the basic operations and parameters required for radio programming.

Sales Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with the latest in high quality communications equipment and services at the lowest possible price. We have many different products available for many different communications objectives. We are here to assist you 9:am - 5:pm PST, Monday - Friday @ 1-800-600-EAGLE for any questions you may have.

All sales are final. Sales are intended for "end users" of the equipment within the United States of America.

Nearly all of the two-way radios manufactured for business band applications require frequency and option programming via PC. Two-way radios sold on from various manufacturers start essentially in a blank and unusable condition. Customers ordering two-way radio equipment will be required to complete the programming information requested in the ordering process. Customers will select one of the following 3 choices:

  • Choice A = No Programming - Customer has or intends to purchase the necessary programming kit or other means of having radios programmed. 
  • Choice B = Basic Programming - Radios will be programmed to a basic frequency. 
  • Choice C = Custom Programming - Customer has existing radios, radio system, or frequencies to use and new additional radios need programming to match to facilitate communications with existing radios, system, or frequencies.  (NOTE: Choosing this option requires the buyer to hold a valid FCC License for the frequencies specified. )
    Customers selecting custom programming must provide any and all relevant programming information at the time of order placement. Providing inaccurate, incomplete or delayed programming information will not delay your order from being processed nor delay the payment processing of your order. We assume no liability for custom radio programming errors or omissions based upon information provided by the customer. Equipment on orders received requesting custom programming where the programming information has not been received with-in ten (10) days of order are subject to being shipped to the customer with Basic Programming.

Order Fulfillment

Thank you for choosing EAGLE COMMUNICATIONS for your two-way radio communications needs. We want you to be one of our many satisfied customers. Every effort will be made to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly, complete as-ordered, and arrive safely to provide you years of trouble-free operation. Sometimes a situation may arise with an order or shipment. Please let us know and we'll do what it takes to correct the situation. We're here to help.

Back-ordered items

We attempt to fulfill each order complete as it was ordered. Occasionally an item will be back-ordered and will be shipped separately. Back-ordered items are typically noted on the packing slip & on the invoice. Back-ordered items are billed at the time they are fulfilled, except in unusual circumstances. Orders that are requested to ship partially will incur separate shipping charges.

Shortages or incorrect item

Each order is checked carefully prior to shipment for the correct items and quantity stated on the packing slip. If you believe you have received an incorrect item(s) or a different quantity than is stated on the packing slip, please let us know.

Please report any discrepancy between the packing slip any the item(s) received within 5 days.

Damage in transit

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure the contents arrive safely. Should an item become damaged in transit due to mishandling by the carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier. Different carriers have different policies in regard to damage claims that will need to be satisfied. Any package that is suspected to be damaged from the outside should be brought to the attention of the delivery person at the time of delivery so it can noted. Oftentimes the contents of the package will be safe and intact even when the exterior carton shows some damage, so please check the contents throughly. If any item is damaged please notify us immediately. Damage claims should be made the same day the shipment was received and must be made within 5 days. Please note that the shipping carton and packing contents must be retained and made available to the carrier for inspection.

Freight Insurance

Most package delivery services have a standard insurance amount in place for each package in a shipment to ensure against damaged or lost packages. Our purchase agreement has an option to have the shipment insured to the full value of the contents. Unless specifically selected by the customer, no additional insurance above the standard amount will be added and customer shall bear all risks of the value of their package should it be lost, damaged or otherwise. Placing an order with us in any manner other than signing the purchase agreement constitutes waiver of the customer's option to additionally insure a shipment and authorizes EAGLE COMMUNICATIONS to ship the order at the standard carrier's insurance amount.

Residential shipping addresses

Many shipment carriers have differing policies and rates for commercial and residential shipments. Most shipments to a residence do not require a receipent signature and therefore proof of delivery may be limited to notation by the delivery person. It is our policy to only ship to commercial addresses (as defined by the carrier) and all requested ship to addresses will be assumed to be a commercial address. Customer assumes all liability for any shipments requested to be made to a residential address. Additional freight fees may be charged for residential deliveries. This includes businesses being located at a residence or within a residential area (at the determination of the carrier).

Item defects/ Replacement /Warranty Repair

If you receive a damaged or defective item ("out of box" failure), we will promptly replace or repair your item, at our sole discretion, after you have returned the damaged or defective product.

There will be no charge for replacement shipments for "out of box" failures.

All requests for "out of box" failure returns must be made within seven (7) days from receipt of equipment.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipment.

Proof of purchase must be submitted with any returned item(s).

Any items without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) may be refused delivery and/or will not be processed.

Items must be in new/unused condition and including all original and unaltered packaging and related material to be considered for replacement.

Customer is responsible for returning the item(s) at their expense.

Items being returned must be received within ten (10) days from issuance of return authorization number.

Items received without a return authorization number, without original packaging and related materials, or beyond seventeen (17) days from receipt by customer will be handled as a repair (where applicable). Equipment processed for repair under a manufacturer's warranty will be charged a $19.95 handling fee. Equipment processed for repair not under a manufacturer's warranty are subject the terms and conditions for our repair and estimate policies.

We are unable to provide any "advanced replacements". All damaged or defective items must be returned prior to consideration of repair or replacement.

Product return/exchange policy

All sales are final.

Items for return or exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipment.

Proof of purchase must be submitted with any returned item(s).

Any items without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) may be refused delivery and/or will not be processed.

Requests for exchange must meet the following criteria:

  • Equipment must be in new and absolutely unused and unaltered condition.
  • Equipment must include all included / bundled items
  • Equipment must include all original and unaltered packaging, documentation & literature
  • Must be within Thirty (30) days of the sale date

Software cannot be returned for any reason.

The portion of orders that include programming, labor of any kind, freight, service call or delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Any refund will be issued in the form of in-store credit only.

Customer is responsible for returning the item(s) at their expense.

Items being returned must be received within ten (10) days from issuance of return authorization number.

Credit Card Safety uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information and processes all Internet credit card transactions through PAYMENTECH. You can place your orders utilizing PAYMENTECH's secure payment processing system. All orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address only, and an adult signature may be required.
